Refund Policy

At MY CHÁ Parfums, each order is packaged with care and intention. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a bottle has been opened or used.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item/s arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@mychaparfum.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and typically appear within 3-5 business days.

 

All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or incorrect items.
