Are your perfumes cruelty-free or vegan?

Yes. All our perfumes are cruelty-free, vegan, and free from parabens or animal-derived ingredients.

How should I store my perfume?

Keep your bottle in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing in humid areas like bathrooms to maintain its quality and longevity.

Is MY CHÁ Australian-made?

Yes. All products are proudly formulated, filled and hand-packaged in Australia.

Where do you ship from? 

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery in Australia typically takes 3–7 business days, but regional locations may take longer. [Shipping Policy]

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia only (due to fragrance shipping restrictions), but we’re working on expanding soon!


Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to their nature, we don’t accept returns once a bottle has been opened/ used. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery for a replacement. [Return Policy]

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement for you - info@mychaparfum.com.au
